Sunday Distance Runs:

Dates: Sunday morning
Time: 8:00 AM
Place: 75 Eastwood Dr, S Burlington
Details: Choose from a variety of groups running between 4 and 20 miles; this is in partnership with RunVermont. Myers Bagels donates free bagels! The Edge graciously lets participating runners meet in their lobby and use of the locker room for changing/showering.

Arrowhead 5k Trail Running Series:

Dates: every Monday
Time: 6pm
Place: Arrowhead Golf Course – 350 Murray Ave. Milton, VT
Details: 5k run every Monday night at 6pm on the trail around the golf course. Raffle drawing for prizes following the race.

GMAA Weekly Group Workouts with GMAA Coach:

Dates: Thursdays April through October
Time: 5:30 PM
Place: UVM Track
Details: GMAA Weekly Group Workouts, warm-up beginning at 5:30pm with workout to follow, meeting at the UVM track. Everyone is welcome! Bring a friend!

CATAMOUNT CROSS COUNTRY RUNS:

Dates: Tuesdays, in the summer between mid-May to the end of September
Time: 6:00 p.m. kids; 6:15 p.m. adults

Details: 5K Cross country run – fun but challenging!
