Group Workouts (all abilities!)

INTERVALS:
Dates: wednesdays mid April through mid October 
Time: 6:00 P.M. 
Place: Fort Ethan Allen parade grounds, along VT15 in Essex
Details: Meet at the gazebo. Different workout each week. Hard packed cinder paths loop through the park. Shady in the summer.

DISTANCE RUNS:

Dates: Sundays year round 
Time: 8:00 A.M. 
Place: Twin Oaks on Farrell Street 
Details: Choose from a variety of groups running between 4 and 18 miles; free use of showers and pool. This event is in partnership with the Vermont City Marathon. Myers Bagels donates free bagels!

CVR RUNS:

Dates: Tuesdays, April  - October 
Time: 5:30 p.m. 
Place: end of Green Mountain Drive in Montpelier 
Details: choose from 2, 4, or 6 mile runs - CVR web site

CATAMOUNT CROSS COUNTRY RUNS:

Dates: Tuesdays, in the summer between Memorial Day and Labor Day 
Time: 6:15 p.m. 
Place: Catamount Family Center, Governor Chittenden Road, Williston 
Details: 5K Cross country run - fun but challenging!
