Mile 15: a moment of sun shines down on Anne Treadwell as she heads on to win her first marathon with a 17 minute personal best. (TM)


Mile 15: Dot Martin overtakes Janet Waren to claim and hold onto 2nd place. Janet ended up finishing 4th. (TM)


Mile 15: Beth Herder in 4th place. She finished 3rd. (TM)


Mile 22: No runners in sight as Jack Pilla takes the lead and heads into his first marathon win. (SP)


Mile 23 aid station: Paul Young overtakes Robert Demers for 2nd place. Paul finished 3rd and Robert finished 7th. (SP)


Mile 26: South Hero resident Vic Tirrito finishes strong through the maples (SP)


Finish: Jean-Francois Pouliot's strong second half moved him up to 4th place. (SP)
